Jodi Holloway is passionate about helping companies / clients identify problems, address the daily challenges and create opportunities. By working with key individuals in the organization and conducting external research, she builds a foundation that allows the marketing efforts to be aligned, ensuring both the internal and external communications efforts work together to build brand awareness.
As a co-owner of Dzyn Solutions, she provides consulting services in the area of marketing, brand strategy, market evaluation, search marketing, product enhancement, creative development and execution. Her full service approach assures the marketing budget is spent on marketing communications without the overhead of a full service advertising agency or the cost of a full time marketing executive.
Jodi has over 30 years of experience working in the advertising and marketing field on both the client and advertising agency side of the business. Jodi has a proven track record of developing and achieving projected sales and profit goals, creating campaigns and promotions, directing agencies and creative resources and ensuring the successful execution of all marketing initiatives
Jodi has a Masters from the University of Phoenix Online and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, where she graduated with cum laude honors (3.8/4.0).

Tim Kooser is passionate about innovative design solutions. He has a proven track record for “out of the box” thinking. He is a problem solving specialist able to identify and find the perfect design for your application. He thrives on the impossible and works tirelessly on the smallest of details for smooth manufacturing, assembly, testing and installation of your products.
Tim has 10 years of experience in designing heavy machinery, including progressive roller dies, calendars, mills and extruders. He has 17 years of experience in the Beer, Beverage, and Food Packaging industry.
Tim’s talents also include Training, Research and Development, Failure analysis, Project Management and Technical Writing. Communication, Teamwork and Trust are qualities acquired through many years of successful engineering projects.
Whether it’s a problematic design or a need for a new innovative idea, there is no task without a “dzyn solution”!
